Dr. Vasquez did a quick temporary fix to tide me over until I could take time off work for the permanent fix. They offer several types of relaxation methods to keep you calm during procedures. I have been a patient with Comfort Dental since February and have had two cleanings, a tooth extraction, a sinus lift with bone graft, two dental implants and two fillings. Doctor Angel Vasquez performed all the procedures except for the cleanings and is an excellent dentist with a great patient interaction. Comfort Dental is very safety oriented with Covid precautions and their prices are reasonable and explained upfront before treatment begins. I highly recommend them.

Omg, I have never seen so many smiles in one place, even in the dentist office! Everyone is so nice, never had any long wait times to be brought back and the dentist is in shortly after. I haven't had the work done but I currently have a really bad infection and they got me setup with an oral surgeon really quick compared to other dental places. All of the staff that I interacted with today was super helpful and very kind. I had a lot of questions and concerns and I didn't leave with one of them being unanswered. No one really likes going to the dentist but I actually was relieved a little after I left today.

What Are Same-Day Implants?

The dentists at Comfort Dental Care and Orthodontics use the All-on-4® procedure to fit patients with a fixed prosthesis that is supported by four implants. The implants are placed with two axially oriented implants in the anterior region and two tilted posterior implants. Placing the implants in this way avoids the maxillary sinuses or the mandibular nerve. All-on-4® implants are used in place of wearing dentures when replacing an entire arch of failing teeth.

What Should I Reasonably Expect from Same-Day Implants?

With the All-on-4® implants, you can expect to regain full function of your mouth and teeth just as if you had your normal teeth. Because of the way the implants are placed into the bone of the upper jaw, you walk away with temporary teeth affixed to the implants on the day of the procedure. Once the healing has completed, the permanent teeth are placed, and full function is restored, including a beautiful and confident smile.

Are There Advantages to Same-Day Implants?

There are definitely advantages to using the All-on-4® method for same day implants. They include:

  • Patients wear a fixed temporary arch during healing
